KS&EW has recently constructed 02x FRP Boats for Pakistan Customs. The main hull and superstructure of these boats is of Fiber Reinforced Plastic. These boats are having length of 16 meters, displacement of 20 tons with maximum speed of 32 knots and equipped with 7.6 mm and 12.5 mm machine guns at aft position.

Tons Bollard Pull Tug32
KS&EW has constructed various tugs ranging from 10 to 40 Tons Bollard Pull; but construction of this Tug is distinct due to very robust design and state of the art equipment and machinery to facilitate multi-purpose operations. The tug has 34 meter over all length with displacement of 481 tons. It has max speed of 12 knots and Bollard Pull of 32 Tons. It is fitted with a very robust fendering arrangement for all round tugging operations for almost all sizes of ships and crafts.

10 Ton Bollard Pull Tug
The Tug is a modern twin screw tug for inland water, harbor and costal services. The tug is 16.89 m in length and a displacement of 55 ton. The single chine hull and the superstructure are of an all welded steel construction. The hull is divided into five watertight compartments. A double pole towing bitt is located on the aft deck. The vessel is propelled by two marine diesel engines, each driving a fixed pitch propeller. These engines have a closed cooling water system and are electrically started.
Karachi Shipyard delivered a Dredge Tender to KPT. The vessel is 19.11 metres in length, 8.46 metres in breadth and 2.75 metres in depth. Its displacement capacity is 125 tonnes with draught aft of 1.7 metres. The construction was carried out according to Holland’s Damen Multi Cat design.
A, robust, proven design for undertaking multiple tasks. Main roles include: replenishment of ships at anchor/in harbour, provide dry logistic support, transfer of personnel to and from coastal stations, act as attendant vessel during diving operations, towed array transportation, mine laying, mine recovery, and torpedo recovery.
KS&EW has manufactured Harbour and Ocean going Tugs and other harbour utility vessels in various configurations. Many such vessels has been built for the National as well as International customer, meeting their specific needs and requirements.
Multi-Purpose Auxiliary Craft (MPAC) fitted with state of the art anti-ship missile system. The craft has a designed speed of 32 Knots, with maximum displacement of 250 Tons.
Designed to deployed with cutter suction dredgers. Cutter suction dredgers cannot store dredged sediments on board, and for some applications it is not possible to discharge the dredged sediments through pipelines. In such cases, the dredged material can be pumped directly into split hopper barges, which are moored alongside the cutter suction dredger. Split hopper barges are also loaded by means of backhoe dredgers.
Multipurpose Barge
The main role of the vessel is to collect compensated water from submarine fuel tanks and remove fuel contents to avoid pollution in harbour, diesel storage and supply and assist in harbour pollution control. The barge is 30m in length and equipped with pumps, ventilation system, fire pumps, generator and oily water separators.
This type of Mini Submarine can be used for various purposes like attacking enemy units in harbour with Frogmen/Charriots, at sea with torpedos, at shore installations by commandos etc. Other uses include mine laying, defensice barrier in shallow waters, advance pickets duties, intelligence gathering etc.
Floating Docks are very useful for ports that do not have graving/dry docks. Can be towed to ports where required. Provides numerous advantages including onboard repair workshops, cranes, etc. KS&EW can construct state of the art Floating Docks with lifting capacity ranging from 1000~5000 tons.
The Azmat Class Missile Craft is a 560 Ton Fast Attack Craft feature surface-to-surface missiles. The ship has a stealthier design with state of the art missile and combat system. It has 63 meters long, have a range of 1000 nautical miles and a top speed of 30 knots.

The F22P (Zulfiquar Class Frigate) is a multi mission frigate with state of the art weapon and combat system is a prestigious addition to Pakistan Navy Fleet. The frigate carry Harbin Z-9 helicopter and are armed with a 76 mm gun, 30 mm Type 730B close-in weapons systems, FM-90N surface-to-air missiles, C-802 surface-to-surface missiles, ET-52C torpedoes and RDC-32 anti-submarine rockets.

17,000 Tons Fleet Tanker
Construction of PN Fleet Tanker has been completed and the vessel was launched successfully on 19 Aug 2016. Construction was started on 27 Nov 2013 with steel cutting and subsequently keel laying was performed on 7 Mar 2014.
PNFT will provide not only logistic support to PN units at high seas but can also undertake combat support operations through embarked helicopters. PNFT is being built under the Class and will comply with IMO and MARPOL regulations envogue. For this, the ship is of double hull configuration. It is propelled by two diesel driven engines with controllable pitch propeller and can achieve a top speed of 20 knots at full load. PNFT is equipped with 4 x DGs for electrical power generation. With overall length of 158.4 m and maximum width of 22.0 m, the ship has scantling displacement of over 17000 tons.
Contract for indigenous construction of a Fleet Tanker for Pakistan Navy was signed on 22 Jan 2013 between Ministry of Defence Production (MoDP), Pakistan and M/s STM of Turkey. As per the said contract, design of the ship along with Kit of Material (KoM) will be provided by M/s STM, whereas complete construction, outfitting, and trials will be undertaken by KS&EW. PN Fleet Tanker (PNFT) is the largest ship to be built in country to date.
Maritime Patrol Vessels
KS&EW is indigenously constructing two Maritime Patrol Vessels (MPVs) for PMSA of 600 and 1500 tons displacement. The 600 tons MPV was launched on 05 Dec 2017 and is scheduled to be delivered by April 2018 while the 1500 tons MPV will be completed by February 2019.
These MPVs will have the capability to operate independently or as part of a composite force in coastal and deep sea areas. MPVs will be utilized for different roles including Maritime SecurityOperations, Patrolling and Policing Operations against Asymmetric Threats, Surveillance of EEZ, Pollution Control, Disaster Relief and Intelligence gathering.
600 Tons MPV is 68 m long and has a maximum breath of 8.7 m. Propelled by four engines, the vessel has a top speed of 27 Knots while 1500 Tons MPV is 95 m long and has a maximum breath of 11 m. Propelled by two engines, the vessel has a top speed of 26 Knots.
Bridge Erection Boats
Pakistan Army through MVRDE has awarded contract for construction of 22x Boats Bridge Erection. These boats are made up of Aluminum Alloy, powered with Cummins Marine Diesel Engine of 205HP, which can push it at a speed of 13 Knots. This 5.85 meters long boat has robust design and strong enough to withstand fast river currents. The boat is capable to hold the bridge in the center line for erection against fast river currents, and is capable to push/pull upto 2 ton floating load.
Fast Attack Craft (Missile)
Construction of Fast Attack Craft, FAC(M) No 4, was started on 09 Dec 2016 with steel cutting and subsequently keel laying was performed on 30 Mar 2017.
This ship is a state of the art, multi mission corvette having a length and breadth of 63 m and 8.8 m, respectively. The design draught of the ship is 2.46 m and displacement of 560 tons. The ship has maximum speed of 30 knots and a range of 1000 Nautical Miles. This ship is propelled by 04 Diesel Engines, 04 Propulsion Shafts with Fixed Pitch Propellers. The ship carries surface to surface missiles, 25 mm gun, CIWS, surface search and tracking radars. It has a stealthier design with state of the art combat system. The third vessel is an improved version compared to earlier vessels and will carry indigenous weapon system. The ship is being built under Chinese Classification Society Rules.
