since the beginning Maaden was haired the Saudi employees with special program as JIC' or JTI's those student will be immediate
will haired as Saudi employees direct hire,
those employees after graduate within 2 years as maximum have to pass all materials was educated ,, as technical or personal skills.
student will get salary with medical insurance during the program if he failed will get 2 chances to pass or he will be terminated from the program.
the issues was from those students; in 2018 came because they are not commitment
more than 35 employees from one department they get warning tow times came to duty late some of them absence without reasons.
after the investigated and checked we found more than 50% of those employees was came from out of RAK.
so because that they are always come late.
when we asked them as very bad behavior and they have to be comment of duty , said we didn't like to live there!!!
those not responsible s, some of them their family they didn't know any things about them,,, they think those still employees after terminated.
i can't forget the called from one mother crying why my son terminated we didn't have other sources of money ,,,etc,,,
we said to her your son always absent from duty and he not attend .
she said a lot of things just for back him to duty..
and we did for him and for all of others but believe me there is no company did what Maaden was support their employees..
Comparing between Maaden, SABIC & ARAMCO.
after 5 years will found Maaden employees have salary more than the others.
