تايلاند تشتري دبابات صينية من نوع MBT-3000 VT4

ابرمت تايلاند عقد شراء دبابات صينية من طراز MBT-3000 VT4 بواقع 150 مليون دولار مقابل 28 دبابة, و يعود الفضل في نجاح هذا التعاقد هو تاخر استلام دبابات الاوبلت الاوكرانية.
ي عام 2011 تم توقيع عقد بقيمة 240 مليون دولار لتوريد عدد 49 دبابة طراز اوبلوت الاوكرانية مع عدد من مركبات الدعم لكن و حتي نهاية 2015 تم توريد 10 دبابات فقط مما اثار الكثير من الشكوك وسط كبار الضباط التايلانيين بخصوص التاجيلات المستقبلية لهذه الصفقة.من الممكن الوصول بالصفقة الصينية حتي 150 دبابة طبقا لشروط العقد

VT-1 to VT-4 exports
The VT-1/VT-2 and VT-4 are export versions of the MBT-2000 mixing featured of the Al Khalid and Type 96A/G. By now only Morocco purchased the VT-1, as 150 were ordered and delivered in 2011-2013.
