McGrath and Fjell are crew members assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron 21 (HSC-21), Detachment Eight currently deployed aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Tarawa (LHA1). Tarawa, the flagship for Expeditionary Strike Group One (ESG-1), is currently operating off the coast of Egypt in the Mediterranean Sea in support of Exercise Bright Star 2005
