F-16 Morocco Senior Program Integrator (Level 5)

This requisition will support the hiring of both a Taiwan Senior Program Integrator and a standalone position for a Morocco Senior Program integrator on the Taiwan/Morocco Blk 70/72 Production Program, supporting the first-ever F-16 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Program within the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG). This role will serve in a Deputy capacity reporting directly to the respective Taiwan and Morocco Senior Program Manager and have primary and secondary customer and end user interface.
Other key responsibilities include:
• Drive ongoing collaboration across complex Program and Contract structures for the Taiwan and Morocco IDIQ programs
• Managing the full business rhythm across Taiwan and Morocco IDIQ Programs in coordination with other Senior Integrator, including all internal and external Program deliverables and Action Items
• Leading inputs for the annual IFG Business Rhythm, including Mission Success Events (MSE), Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC), and Long-Rang Planning (LRP) inputs
• Supporting customer relationship management with demonstrated ability develop positive, productive relationships and a robust internal and external network
• Driving Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking and analysis
• Interfacing with Lockheed Martin and USG leadership on a continuous basis, including briefings, telecons, and written correspondence
• Lead selected New Business and Proposal efforts in collaboration with Senior Program Manager
Additional responsibilities as needed by the IDIQ Program Director and Senior Program Managers include:
• Leading other customer efforts as part of the broader F-16 IDIQ portfolio
• Supporting meetings and deliverables as stand-in for the Program Senior Program Manager
• Managing additional team members as IDIQ program expands
• Support of Domestic and International travel
