MAJOR STRUCTURAL REPAIR MIRAGE AIRCRAFT

1. Unique Aircraft Structure Repair Jig Engaged in the repair of structurally damaged fuselage Subject jig is utilized to validate fuselage and to rectify the symmetry disturbed fuselage by the effective application of the Jig.

2. CNC PIPE BENDING FACILITY MRF has the capability of forming and bending of all types of metallic pipes with dia ranging 6mm to 64mm. An average amount of 5000 pipes of Mirage aircraft are manufactured per annum.

3. Wing Refurbishing Process in Progress MRF has the capability to completely overhaul the wings including replacement of ribs, spars, integral fuel tank, and main wing frame

4. Latest Gyro Centre Test Bench Facility Technicians busy in the overhaul of the Gyro Centre Components on the sophisticated test bench in dust free environment.

Precision Measuring Equipment Laboratory: The laboratory established at MRF is calibrating over 9000 PMEs/PMIs belonging to different Air force Bases and civil organizations every year. PMEL is affiliated with NP & SL Islamabad, PMEL Sargodha and 107 AED for calibration of secondary standards. PMEL is holding 12 Secondary and 110 Tertiary standards. The facilities are open to all commercial organizations in Pakistan. Calibration capability of PMEL is as follows:-
Multi Purpose Balancing Machine: Accurate balancing of rotating parts has both short and long term advantages. In short term there is usually an immediate reduction in the noise and vibration feel. While long term benefits are reduction in the cycle fatigue of parts, sheets metal and cowling cracks. MRF can undertake both horizontal and vertical balancing. Parts Cleaning: MRF is capable of carrying out chemical as well as mechanical cleaning on Ferrous and Non Ferrous hardware. Chemical cleaning includes vapour degreasing and cleaning of titanium parts before welding. Mechanical cleaning includes sand blasting of parts prior to plasma/metal spray, painting and electroplating. MRF also specializes in special cleaning processes such as, short peening/ compressive stressing, steam cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning.
Specialized Welding: MRF has the capability to carry out resistance welding, tig welding, electron beam welding, induction brazing, brazing and gas welding while ensuring that no oxidization takes place. The welding and penetration results are verified through different NDI techniques.
Heat treatment Shop:Heat treatment of various parts can be carried out at MRF, both under ambient conditions and vacuum environment.
Electroplating Processes: Following electroplating processes are available at the factory:
1. Hard Chrome Plating. 2. Nickel Plating (Sulfamate)
3. Copper & Zinc Plating.
4. Silver & Cadmium Plating.
5. Anodizing & Allodine (1200).
6. Phosphating
7. Chromating on Magnesium.
In addition a number of special electroplating processes such as, electro less nickel plating and plating of cadmium, zinc, copper and silver on Aluminum and its Alloys is carried out.
Thermal Spray: Thermal spray facility at MRF is equipped with Plasma Spray and Flame Spray machines. In plasma spray a non-transferred constricted electric arc gas mixture, called plasma is utilized as the source of heat for melting and propelling the coating material to the work piece. In flame spray process metallic wire is used instead of powder to achieve the thickness of worn parts.
Non Destructive Testing. NDT lab meets all requirements of NAS 410 and is BQMS certified. Following services are offered by NDT Lab:-
(a) Radiograph Testing
(b) Ultrasonic Testing
(c) Eddy Current Testing
(d) Magnetic Particle Testing
(e) Penetrate Testing
(f) Training as per NAS 410, ISO 9712, CP-189, SNT-TC-1A and EN 4179
(g) Audit of NDT facilities
(h) Procedure development
(j) Written practice development.
(k) Coordinate Measuring Machine. It is ISO 10360-2 certified and is capable of taking all types of measurements within under mentioned ranges:-
X - axis = 900 mm, Y-axis = 1000 mm, Z-axis = 800 mm
Aircraft Painting: MRF is using paints/chemicals from Akzo Nobel for painting of Mirage and F-16 Aircraft since early eighties. M/S Akzo Nobel Holland the leading manufacturers of the aviation paints has also certified MRF for painting of Mirage Aircraft.

The Pakistani Company PAK Argo showed at IDEAS 2008, the off-road amphibious vehicle Argo. Designed for those who truly appreciate the great outdoors, the amphibious ARGO is the ideal off-road vehicle for airborne units or support unit for the transport o equipment to the battlefield. ARGO allows the military unit to travel with ease through the toughest condition imaginable, over rugged terrain, hills, water, deep snow and ice. The ARGO is also amphibious, and can be used in all season. The ARGO combines many of the advantages you get from a snowmobile, 4X4 ATV, 6x6 UTV and a small boat. The ARGO is available in 6x6 and 8x8 configurations. The vehicle can carried 4 people on land, 2 people on water for the 4x4 version, and 6 people on land 4 people on water for the 8x8 version. The vehicle runs at a speed of 35 km/h on the ground and 5 km/h on the water.

الطائره k-8 صناعه مشتركه بين الصين والباكستان ولها اسم شهره هو(كروكوروم)وهي طائره نفاثه ذات مقعدين تستخدم في التدريب المنقدم وايضا في الدعم الارضي في المعارك وتقوم مصر بأستخدامها في التدريب .K-8 اسم هو مصدر من طريق السريع بين الباكستان و الصين.بدا مشروع في عام 1989واول طائرة حلق في الجو 21 November 1990 الباكستان تسلم اول 17طائرات في عام 1994.

باكستان من اعظم الدول الاسلاميه يكفي صواريخ كروز الباكستانيه والمقاتله الباكستانيه هذي المشروعين تعتبر كافيه

اما اعظم صناعه باكستانيه فهي القنبله النوويه والله صارت دوله الصغير قبل الكبير يضرب لها الف حساب
واتمنى ان يكون هناك تعاون اسلامي باكستاني للتدريب الايدي العامله على الصناعات وذلك للنهوض بالامه
