بالنسبة للخيار الكويتي اعتقد قريب للحسم بأخذ F/A-18 Super Hornet و اتمنى
ان يكون Advanced Hornet ..
اما الامارات وضعت شروط صارمة جداً بخصوص المواصفات و المشاركة التكنلوجية الخ
و جعلت باب المنافسة مفتوح بين الشركات و لعل الاقرب هو نسخة ثورية من الرافال مختلفة
عن اي نسخة و اكثر تقدماً من اي نسخة على غرار F-16 Block 60 مع تطوير الـ F-16 الى
البلوك الجديد و ارتفاع حصيلة المقاتلات +100 مقاتلة F-16 و لو فرضنا اكثر من 60 رافال بالمواصفات
الاماراتية ستكون اقوى الصفقات الجوية في الشرق الاوسط لهذا العقد. من جهة اخرى, الحصول على F-18 بنسخة
Advanced Hornet او نسخة اماراتية خاصة او F-15 نسخة اماراتية خاصة او تايفون على غرار بقية المقاتلات

الإمارات لن تقبل إلا بطائرة بمواصفات ثورية وخاصة كما فعلتها مع F-16 Block 60 و Mirage 2000-9 أو ستتوجه إلى الجيل الخامس مباشرةً
التأخر في الصفقة لابد منه ..
على ال Rafale أن تتكيف مع المتطلبات الإماراتية وأن تستطيع أن تلبيها بسرعة .. الصبر الإماراتي لن يطول أكثر ..
لربما سنتفاجئ بال F-35 تدخل على خط المنافسة قريباً ..

نعم الكويت كانت رقم واحد في كل شي لدرجه ان الكويت كانت تصرف على دول الخليج في الماضي وتقدم لهم المساعدات
لكن ليست مساله السير نحو الاهداف بسرعه السلحفاه المساله مساله اداره عندنا ازمه في اداره المشاريع والتنميه
صدقني من غير مشاريع جديده لو فقط يتم تطبيق المشاريع الحاليه التي على الورق ستسبق الكويت دول المنطقه كلها بثلاثين سنه وانا لي اطلاع
لكن بإذن الله تعود الكويت كما كانت وكما هي لؤلؤه الخليج

الاف 15 المعروضة وأشير لها بالاشتقاق U
هذا هو التصميم العام
وهنا احد التصاميم ( لست متأكدا من كونه للاشتقاق U ام لا )
وهنا يبدو تصميم الـ F-15 U ولكن هذه المرة بكونفيجريشن ديلتا وينج
اعتقد انه كان الردّ الذي تجهزه بوينج للرد على عرض لوكهيد مارتن آنذاك ( الاف 16 باجنحة الديلتا والذي كان موجها للامارات ايضا )

Industry sources said the UAE leadership has been quietly discussing the
prospect of acquiring the F-35 fighter-jet from the United States. They said
JSF was raised by UAE officials and military officers in several forums over
the last year.

co-production,” a source said.
The sources said UAE Air Force officers were briefed on the F-35 program
during IDEX-2013, which took place in Abu Dhabi in February. They said the UAE proposed becoming a regional hub for maintenance and marketing of JSF to Gulf Cooperation Council states.
“The UAE feels it’s ready for a fifth-generation fighter, which could
serve as the basis for its new aerospace sector,” the source said. “The
other planes available are considered poor alternatives.”
So far, the United States has not rejected the prospect of a UAE
procurement of the F-35. But the sources said that in recent discussions
U.S. officials and military officers stressed that existing orders could keep Abu Dhabi from acquiring JSF until at least 2020.
Over the last five years, JSF has encountered repeated delays in testing
and production. So far, Israel has been the only country outside of the
United States to order the F-35, the price of which has not been set.

ايطاليا كان من المفترض ان تقتني 131 مقاتلة اف 35 ... ولكن بتقليص الموازنات المخصصة ... خفّضت ايطاليا العدد لـ 90 مقاتلة ...
هذا يترك عدد 41 مقاتلة ( ان صحّت العبارة ) بدون زبون مؤكد حيث ان كل دولة تم اعتمادها في البرنامج .. تم اعتماد مخصصها من الطائرات التي ستصنع ..

برأيي هذا يعطي فرصة ذهبية لاتفوّت للمهتمين بالمقاتلة اف 35 ( والامارات لها سجلّ علاقات قوية سواء مع ايطاليا او امريكا ... يمكن لها ان تتقدم بطلب حجز الـ41 مقاتلة لصالحها .. والاستلام عندما يحين موعد التسليم المجدول للطلبية الاصلية الايطالية )

ولاحظ ان بوينج لم تقف موقف المتفرج بل اشارت الى ان الاف 15 سايلنت ايجل والاف 18 International Road Map هما ايضا محل التفاوض ..

في الحقيقة أن الإمارات من أوائل الدول الشرق أوسطية المرشحة لاستعياب الجيل الخامس قياساً على عدة أشياء ..
دخول الجيل الخامس سيعطي القوات الجوية الإماراتية سطوة و ستكون قفزة كبيرة .. و للقوات الجوية الاماراتية احتكاك بالجيل الخامس عبر المناورات مع أمريكا ..
وبصراحة أستبعد توجه الإمارات لل Silent Eagle إذا أرادت الإمارات ال F-15 فلا يوجد أفضل من النسخة السعودية SA ..
أما ال F-18 فلا أتوقع أن يكون لها حظوظ قوية ..
ولكن وأنت أعلم مني في هذا الموضوع أخي كاميكازي .. أتوقع أن الأمارات لا تريد الاعتماد الكلي على الشق الأمريكي وتهدف للتنويع .. ولربما هذا سبب الصبر كل هذه المدة على ال Rafale .. يبدو أن الإمارات لا تريد التخلي عن الشق الفرنسي في قواتها الجوية ..

On 12 November, the UAE air force announced plans to acquire a "next generation fighter" in the 2018-2025 timeframe.
The Lockheed Martin F-35 joint strike fighter (JSF) has been previously named by the UAE as a potential acquisition target. But briefing requests may indicate that the F/A-18E/F and the F-15 Silent Eagle are also in the discussion, Kohler said. With the exception of all-aspect very low observability, or stealth, the F-15SE and F/A-18E/F international roadmap variant share many of the same sensor, avionics and weapons capabilities with the F-35.
"I think [UAE officials] would be interested, depending on exactly what they want," Kohler said.

في فترة معرض دبي للطيران 2011 ,, وردت الاشارة للاف 35 والامارات كزبون محتمل ( وعبارة : القوات الجوية الاماراتية تفصح عن خطط لحيازة مقاتلة الجيل المقبل في الاطار الزمني 2018 - 2025 )
ولاحظ ان بوينج لم تقف موقف المتفرج بل اشارت الى ان الاف 15 سايلنت ايجل والاف 18 International Road Map هما ايضا محل التفاوض ..

حاولت امريكا اغراء دول الخليج بفتح النقاش حول ادخال f35 في نقاشات القمة الخليجية الامريكية السابقة ﻻنجاحها لكن دول الخليج وجهوا صفعة لها فلم يبلعوا الطعم
اتصور في المستقبل القريب ان تتوسل امريكا الدول الخليجية من اجل اقتنائها سواء عبر ادخالها في برنامج التصنيع كشريك في المشروع او صناعة نسخ خاصة حسب المواصفات الخليجية عامة ....
