كلامك صحيح ولكن تعتمد الامور اكثر لو كان هناك مؤسسات للدولة صلبة وقوية اكثر من اشخاص ورموز ، فمثلاً الرئيس الامريكي دوايت ايزنهاور كان عسكري وقائد الجيوش الامريكية في الحرب العالمية الثانية ولكن بسبب ثبات المؤسسات الحكومية وصلابتها كقانون لم تتأثر بمن يحكم فالقداسة للقانون وليس للشخص نفسه اما تغيير القانون عبر المؤسسات النيابية او الكونغرس

ايزنهاور وصل لسدة الرئاسة بصفته الفرديه كجنرال سابق و بطل قومي و لم يكن يمثل المؤسسة العسكريه و خطابه الشهير بمناسبة انتهاء فترته الرئاسية حذر فيها من المجمع الصناعي العسكري

فكرة التعصب الفكري او غيره او المنطقة غير مستحملة : شوف طريقة تفكيرك جمعية او مجتمعية بمعنى الدولة والمجتمع اما طريقة تفكيري هو ان الانسان اهم من الاوطان واهم من كل شيء والدليل عندما يختنق المصري وغيره سوف يهاجر ويبيع وطنه بلا شيء فالانسان هو الاساس وليس الاوطان

Topography​

Mass strandings regularly occur in places such as the Farewell Spit in New Zealand, the North Sea’s coastlines, and Cape Cod in the eastern United States. Nick Davison, strandings coordinator for the Scottish Marine Animal Stranding Scheme, explains that these regions are too shallow for whales to navigate because their echolocation ability is designed for deep water.

Also, during a tide cycle, water can recede several kilometers in just a few minutes, meaning some marine animals could get caught. Project Jonah’s Daren Grover explains that if animals don’t notice that they’re moving into shallower waters, it can cause trouble when the tide turns. “The water simply drops away,” he says. “They’re left high and dry.”

Natural causes

A beached whale could be sick or injured, senile, lost, unable to feed or otherwise compromised—for example, experiencing a difficult labor—or simply old, explains Dan Jarvis, a welfare development and field support officer at British Divers Marine Life Rescue. Weakened animals might drift with the current until they are brought ashore, while those that become disoriented can accidentally wander into shallower waters.

Predation can also drive animals to beach themselves—whether they’re predator or prey. Grover recalls instances of dolphins swimming onto a beach to flee an orca as well as orcas becoming stranded while hunting stingrays in shallow water. While launching themselves onto shore is a common orca hunting technique, sometimes they can miscalculate and have to wait until a large enough wave washes them back into the ocean.

Human activities​

Humans are also part of the problem. Fishing, pollution, ship strikes, and more are responsible for many of the injuries (and subsequent deaths) that lead to strandings. Entanglement in fishing lines is the primary human-made cause of death for cetaceans. Robinson attributes fishing to the functional extinction of the baiji dolphin and the impending vaquita extinction. Overfishing also deprives cetaceans of their main sources of food, leading them to venture into coastal or tidal waters to hunt.

Some causes, like pollution, are insidious. All chemicals eventually make their way to the ocean, where they cause lasting problems. Rob Deaville, project manager at CSIP, says there’s evidence of diseased animals having higher levels of chemical pollutants than healthy ones, although it’s hard to prove causation. Meanwhile, plastic pollution can also harm these animals through entanglement, ingestion or contamination of microplastics accumulating in their bodies.

Finally, the possibility of being struck by a passing ship poses a particular problem for slow-moving species such as North Atlantic right whales. Collisions can cause massive injuries (or death) and lead to beaching.

قصة جنوح الحيتان التي ذكرتها مجرد تحليلات ، كمرض او مستوى سطح البحر ومن يثبت خطىء النظرية هي انهم يجنحون بشكل جماعي كامل القطيع ، ففي عالم الحيوان كل قطيع ملك في قطيعه مسيطر عليهم حتى انه يتزواج مع من يشاء من نساء القطيع متى يشاء وكل فترة يخرج شاب من القطيع ينافسه على الزعامة وهكذا ، مبرمجين من الله على هذا النمط من العيش حتى رأيت في فيلم وثائقي رئيس قطيع من الحمر الوحشية يضحي بنفسه ضد مجموعة من الاسود من اجل سلامة قطيعه حتى انهم اكلوه بطريقة وحشية حيث اكلو نصفه وهو حي

أعتقد الكلام عن حوالات المغتربين .. الصراحة انا مثلك .مش فاهم بالظبط.

على فكرة كلام ليس في محله الان لان المغترب سوف يخاف من غموض العبارة ولن يحول شيء الا بشخص ذاهب الى مصر يحمله اياهم وبالتالي ضربوا التحويلات الخارجية بشكل غير مقصود

الا ان كان يقصد ان البنوك تشتري الدولار من السوق السوداء وهذا ايضاً غير منطقي للبنوك او كان هناك اتفاقية ضمنية مع المركزي على ضخ الجنيه للبنك وهو يسحب الدولار من السوق

يقصد ان بعد التحريك الاخير وتعادل او تقارب السعر الرسمي والسوق السوداء رجع المصريين يحولوا بالطرق الرسمية عن طريق البنوك لان لما السعر زي بعضه ليش تخاطر مع واحد ف السوق السوداء حتي لو مضمون ومخاطرة انك تحول معه صغيره جدا

طبعا لو رجع السعر اختل ثاني هيرجع التحويل سوق سوداء "حوالة" سلم هناك واستلم هنا لان الفرق كبير لكن الان الفرق لا يذكر

طبعا حوالات المغتربين مصدر مهم للعملة الصعبة اذا رجعت تصب في القنوات الرسمية بعيدا عن السوق السوداء راح يؤدي لتوفر الدولار مما يعطي ثبات جيد للجنيه المصري.
