Jeddah version
Located at the Jeddah Yacht Club, the first hotel in Saudi Arabia will open in the summer of 2023, featuring 63 rooms. This landmark property will capitalize on Jeddah’s vibrant culture and social circles in its location. It will feature incredible amenities such as a spa, fitness center, and penthouse terrace, as well as indoor and outdoor pools that will seamlessly blend into the beautiful landscape. The Jeddah edition will also feature indulgent culinary experiences, from its signature restaurant to its lounge bar, while the rooftop bar will offer sweeping views of the Red Sea. Raffles Jeddah
Although there is no firm opening date for Raffles Jeddah, it is slated for sometime in 2023. The royal hotel will draw influence from its rich Arabian heritage, and will be divided between 182 guest rooms and 120 branded residences. The large-scale spa, spanning nearly 13,000 square feet, will bring a new dimension of wellness to the city with eight treatment rooms and a fitness club. There will also be a choice of six restaurants and lounges, a men’s only lounge, a library and a penthouse-level entertainment suite.

Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah, Riyadh
Although not a new property, following a comprehensive renovation of the iconic Al Faisaliah Hotel in Saudi Arabia, it will be rebranded as a Mandarin Oriental in 2023. The final components of the renovation have seen Mandarin Oriental transform guest rooms and the lobby area with the brand’s signature contemporary Asian touch. Additionally, guests can enjoy dining at The Globe, which offers panoramic views and modern European cuisine; and afternoon tea at the Good Lounge.

St. Regis Riyadh
Scheduled to open in September 2023, The St. Regis Riyadh is located at the entrance to the Diplomatic Quarter, close to the city’s embassies and the central business district. It will be part of Via Riyadh, a luxury mixed-use development with retail and entertainment outlets. The 83-room hotel will feature 23 suites, two signature restaurants, an outdoor pool, a fitness center and a spa. Expect the brand’s signature features and traditions, including dedicated butler service and avant-garde style.

Six Senses - Southern Dunes
The first to open on the Red Sea when it welcomes guests in May 2023, the resort is a landmark for the brand in Saudi Arabia, set amidst desert mountains and narrow canyons. In true
Six Senses style , it has been designed to honor the local landscape, with a focus on health, wellness and eco-tourism. The 76-room resort is divided between 36 rooms in the main building, and a collection of 40 villas ranging in size from one to four bedrooms strategically scattered across the peaks to provide panoramic views of the stunning landscape. Everything will revolve around the oasis, home to the hotel’s reception, lobby, community lounges and meeting spaces. It will also feature the hotel’s signature Earth Lab, an eco-area showcasing sustainability efforts to reduce consumption and produce locally and support communities and ecosystems.
