During 2023, SAT has incorporated Wahaj Nexter Industrial Company (“Nexture”), a joint venture with a foreign entity, which will primarily be engaged in the manufacturing and sale of conventional ammunition and noncombustible ammunition. Nexture is yet commence commercial operations.​
