- ASELSAN is now capable of mass production of mercury cadmium telluride based infrared detectors with 640x512 format and 15 micrometer pixel pitch.
- The first prototypes of microphotometer detectors with 17 micrometer pixel pitch and 640x480 format were successfully produced in the microbolometer infrared detector production facility established by ASELSAN.
- In addition, the first laboratory prototypes of 8-12 micrometer mercury cadmium telluride infrared detectors operating in long wavelength infrared band were developed by ASELSAN.
