نحن في سيفاستوبول، المدينة حيث الأسطول قد دائماً كان كبيرا جداً.
وهذا عزو كبيرة سفينة من "أسطول البحر الأسود" الروسي "قيصر الوكالة".




"الوكالة قيصر" (BDK-64)--سفينة هجومية كبيرة للمشروع 775. أنها ديكر مسطحة القاع مع فوكسلى والبنية فوقية الخلف موسع. وفقا لبنائه من سفينة لنظام "رو-رو" مع مصطبة دبابة على كل طوله. والغرض الرئيسي منها هو قبول كاتربيلر، آلات ذات العجلات، معدات النقل العسكرية الأخرى ووحدات بندقية، نقلها عن طريق البحر ونزولهم من خلال هيكل نهاية المعونة لأجل التجارة المفتوحة، إطلاق عائمة المعدات عن طريق نفس الهيكل.

سفينة حربية "قيصر الوكالة" هو جزء من هجوم السفن شعبة 197. وهناك 4 سفن حربية، وبصرف النظر عن "الوكالة قيصر"، وهم: "نوفوتشركاسك"، "يامال"، "آزوف".
في عام 2008 شارك سفينة حربية في الحرب في أوسيتيا الجنوبية كجزء من "أسطول البحر الأسود".​

The ship is in an operating condition so it cannot be easily attacked. At the ladder a fighter of a counter-terrorism group is always on duty.

“Caesar Kunikov” was built in Gdansk, swung into line in 1986 and became a ship of the Black Sea Fleet. Today it is actively used in battle training.

Captain of the ship

The ship’s displacement is 4080 tons, length 118 m and speed up to 18 knots. Its capacity is 500 tons of equipment and cargoes and 225 paratrooper.
The ship may be used for mine planting, delivery of humanitarian supplies and evacuation of people from dangerous zones.

The ship has two 57 mm twin guns AK-725 that let to shoot at sea, air and coastline targets.
