تركيا تطلب شراء طائرتين F-35 بشكل اولي في صفقة تقدر ب 100 طائرة بقيمة 16 مليار دولار
Turkish Defense Industry Executive Committee (SSIK) chaired by Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan.has approved the purchase of two Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II 5th Generation stealth fighter jets for the Turkish Air Force (TuAF).
Turkish order for two F-35A Lightning II fighter jets is part of the planned buy of over 100 such aircraft at cost of over $16 billion. Turkey is a ‘Level 3 partner’ in the Lockheed Martin F-35A Lightning II 5th Generation stealth fighter jet program and has invested $195 million.
Turkish Air Force (TuAF) has also been give a green light to start negotiations for the purchase of 10 domestically manufactured unmanned aerial vehicles with the with Tusas Turkish Aerospace Industries
