3 August 2011 - Zhongguo Yaogan Weixing (“China remote-sensing satellite”), or Yaogan, is the name given to a series of reconnaissance satellites launched since 2006. These satellites included both electro-optical digital imaging satellites and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites. Chinese official media reports regarding these satellites were often very vague, referring them as “remote-sensing satellites” designed for “disaster forecasting, territorial survey, crops yield evaluation, urban planning, and scientific experiments”. ]الخبر يقول ان الصين قامت باطلاق عدة اقمار صناعية تحت اسم يوغان وتقول ان هذه الاقمار مزودة بانظمة بصرية ورادارات بقابلية السار (وهي تقنية تسمح بتكوين صورة رادارية ذات دقة عالية بحيث يمكن تمييز الطرق والعربات) وتدعي الصين ان هذه الاقمار للتنبيه من حصول كوارث طبيعية, ومراقبة المحاصيل الزراعية, وتجار علمية والخ؟! بينما يعتقد البعض انها مملوكة ومشغلة من قبل جيش التحرير الشعبي الصيني.
