نحن نقدر مساهمة الطاقة الذرية باكستان اللجنة (مجلس الطاقة النووية) في الدفاع والطاقة وتنمية الموارد البشرية وغيرها من القطاعات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية". صرح بذلك رئيس هيئة الاركان المشتركة للجنة الأركان ، الجنرال خالد شميم وين ، بينما كان يلقى خطابا الدعوة 2011 من معهد باكستان للعلوم والهندسة التطبيقية (PIEAS) ، هنا اليوم.
وأثنى رئيس PIEAS لتوفير الموارد البشرية لمختلف برامج الطاقة الذرية باكستان اللجنة واللجان الاستراتيجية الأخرى. وقال : "ومن خلال ارتفاع مستوى التعليم في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا التي نحن قد تسعى الازدهار الاقتصادي والأمن القومي لبلدنا. بدون العلم والتكنولوجيا ، لا يمكن لأمة البقاء على قيد الحياة بكرامة. ونحن نهنئ جميع تلك المرتبطة PIEAS لصنع رأس مؤسسة الهندسة المستوى من البلد ".
وأعرب عن تقدير الرئيس بالجهود التي بذلتها لجنة الطاقة الذرية الباكستانية رواد رؤيتهم في إنشاء هذا المعهد قبل أربعة عقود تقريبا ، وتوفير أجواء مواتية لنشر المعرفة في مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا النووية. هنأ رئيس جميع حاملي الشهادات الناجحة والمؤهلين تأهيلا عاليا كلية PIEAS بهذه المناسبة. ما مجموعه 21 دكتوراه درجات ، 226 م فيل / تم منحها درجة ماجستير في تخصصات الهندسة النووية ، هندسة الأنظمة والطب النووي والفيزياء الطبية والهندسة وهندسة المواد العملية ، و 41 درجة بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب والمعلومات.
في وقت سابق في كلمته الترحيبية ، رئيس مجلس الطاقة النووية ، والدكتور برويز الأنصار ، سلط الضوء على المساهمات التي قدمتها جنة الطاقة الذرية الباكستانية في مجال العلم والتكنولوجيا. انه كما وضعت تحت الاستيلاء من مجلس الطاقة النووية في القطاعات الاقتصادية الاجتماعية للبلاد ، والتي تشمل مجموعة كبيرة من المشاريع مثل علاج السرطان ، وتطوير قطاع الزراعة وعدد من المجالات الأخرى.
“We value the contribution of Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission (PAEC) in defence, energy, Human Resource Development and other socio-economic sectors”. This was stated by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Khalid Shameem Wynne, while addressing the 2011 Convocation of Pakistan Institute of Engineering & Applied Sciences (PIEAS), here today.
Chairman complimented PIEAS for providing the human resource for the various programs of Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission and other strategic commissions. He said, “It is through the high level education in science and technology that we may seek economic prosperity and national security for our country. Without science and technology, no nation can survive with dignity. We congratulate all those associated with PIEAS for making the top ranking engineering institution of the country”.
The Chairman appreciated the efforts made by pioneers of PAEC for their vision in establishing this Institute about four decades ago and providing a conducive atmospherics for dissemination of knowledge in the fields of nuclear science and technology. Chairman congratulated all the successful degree holders and highly qualified faculty of PIEAS on the occasion. A total of 21 Ph.D. degrees, 226 M Phil/MS degrees in disciplines of Nuclear Engineering, Systems Engineering, Nuclear Medicine, Medical Physics, Materials Engineering and Process Engineering, and 41 BS degrees in Computer and Information Sciences were awarded.
Earlier in his welcome address, Chairman, PAEC, Dr. Ansar Parvez, highlighted the contributions made by PAEC in the field of science and technology. He also elaborated the under takings of PAEC in the socio economic sectors of the country, which include plethora of projects like treatment of cancer, development of agriculture sector and number of other areas.
