عندما تفلس امة او تفقر اول من يهرب منها الطبقة الادارية الفاهمة بهدوء وركز على كلمة بهدوء لانك لن تشعر بهم يهاجروا ابداً بل يهرّب عائلته ثم يلحقهم
ويبقى تعليم كما يسمونه اعدادي او محلي يستلم مكان الاداري الكفوء بالكاد يعرف كيف يدير ادارة او يبقيها تعمل بشكل شبه طبيعي وهذا في كل الدول وليس فقط في مصر

الصراحه خبر غير جيد للسياحه في مصر خصوصا ان فيه حوادث سابقه و العدد كبير
