As industrialized construction continues to expand across Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, halumm is accelerating its long-term localization strategy to strengthen regional delivery, manufacturing capability, and sustainable industry development.
halumm has officially established its Regional Headquarters (RHQ) in Riyadh, which will serve as a key strategic hub for the Middle East and North Africa, coordinating regional business development, project delivery, industrialized building solutions, and future manufacturing system expansion.
At the same time, halumm has set up a 1,000-square-meter showroom in Riyadh, showcasing integrated building systems, prefabricated interior solutions, and smart construction technologies.
The company has also signed cooperation NDAs with local institutions such as NCA (National Construction Academy) and Maharat to support talent development and workforce training in industrialized construction.
In addition, halumm is actively advancing localized warehousing and foundational production capacity in Saudi Arabia, enhancing responsiveness and execution efficiency across the UAE, Egypt, and the broader MENA region, while planning a future intelligent manufacturing base to support long-term regional growth.
Beyond products, halumm is committed to building a complete industrialized construction ecosystem that integrates technology, manufacturing, project delivery, localization, and talent development—supporting the future of construction across the region.
