The maximum distance a human can see to the horizon is 5 km due to the sphericity of the Earth, and I do not think that there are currently LEDs with sufficient brightness to see it from more than 3 km, so new LEDs must be invented, all this in addition to the enormous electrical energy that this screen will need.
