As an American you are very susceptible to the new age propaganda and the BS being driven into the American public by the Democratic Party.
There is a clear tendency by the dems to vilify the current Saudi government and label as “reactionary and overacting” and rules by impulsive people which is I am 100% certain is the basis for your assumptions.
But I assure you what is being done is 100% in line with what the public has built up for a long time now, there is actual true representation for the aspirations and wants of the new Saudi generation, Biden and his grossly incompetent government built on the whats of the people instead of the whos of the people has lead to distaste rafter disaster in foreign and domestic policy despite the overall rose tinted picture it is trying to portray and quite frankly the Trump administration has been more competent than the current one is.
If you are team Donkey then that is all well and good but us as Saudi libs ourselves we see more support away from ultra religious dogma in the Republican Party which is honestly quite ironic but that is the way the cards fell, so because I am a middle eastern lefty I have to support team GOP which is backwards but that’s all the dems fault for antagonizing the current movement and instead support Islamists as a legacy of Obama’s Middle East doctrine which Biden is trying to propagate.
