علي المملكة الاستفادة لي أقصى حد من علاقتها باكستان لتصنيع المشترك في مجال الصواريخ والطائرات المقاتلة وتستفاد من تركيا في تكنولوجيا الطائرات المسيرة والسفن والغواصات البحرية واندونيسيا واليابان وكوريا الجنوبية والبرازيل ضروري وجنوب أفريقيا هذه دول لاتضع شروط لبيع الأسلحة وتعطي رخص للتصنيع لازم اي صفقة سلاح نصف القطع تصنع في المملكة وحفظ الله بلاد الحرمين الشريفين
