SAMI Airbus JV
SAAMS is Joint Venture created by SAMI and Airbus with the purpose of establishing an MRO capability in the Kingdom. In 2018 the two parties signed the joint venture agreement with SAMI Aerospace LCC holding 51% and Airbus Saudi Limited holding the remaining 49%, and finally the company was incorporated in June 2022.
