i've noticed that the Tunisian forces are well-equipped , maybe this is because the small size of the army and the budget is big compared to the equipement

بالضبط لذالك تجد التجهيز الفردي في تونس من الافضل في افريقيا لكن من ناحية سلاح الجو او الدبابات تجد دول عديدة تتفوق علينا

correct , less equipement like tanks means more budget allocation to personnel like spec ops and infantry

but there's a balance that should be maintained between the 2 quite honestly with this budget we're failing to do so

In the case of Tunisia , no need for a big army regarding the number of tanks or APCs , investing more in MALE UCAVs like the ANKA or the AKSUNGUR to counter terrorist actions is much more convenient
