ترامب ده حنجورى .... المحفظة الاستثمارية لترامب نفسه فى خطر اذا فكر فى القيام بأى ضربة
As the risks of a war between the U.S. and the North Korea rise amid threats and counter threats, President Donald Trump has more than his reputation on the line. Included in his portfolio he recently estimated is worth at least $1.4 billion and brings in at almost $600 million a year in income, are real estate assets and income in the region.
A look at the threat to Trump’s bottom line requires some guesswork of both the capability and targets of the U.S. and North Korean militaries.
The North does have at least three systems that can reach the Seoul metropolitan area according to a report in the New York Times: Koksan 170-millimeter guns and 240-millimeter multiple-rocket launchers capable of hitting the northern suburbs and parts of the city, and 300-millimeter multiple-rocket launchers, which may be able to hit targets beyond Seoul.
There also are less accurate intercontinental ballistic missiles. Any pre-emptive strike by Trump is likely to tempt an aggressive response from North Korean Leader Kim Jong-un, who had already threatened to hit California and Hawaii if sufficiently provoked.
Donald Trump licenses his name to three buildings in South Korea, one in Seoul and two on the coast of the Sea of Japan.
One of deals he doesn’t identify specifically is in Yeouido, in western Seoul, built in partnership with Daewoo Engineering & Construction, then part of the larger Daewoo Group. Trump’s name is also on two more developments with Daewoo in South Korea—Trump World Centum and Trump World Marine—in Busan on the southeast coast of the country on the Sea of Japan.
Trump reported a range of $7.6 million to $19 million in royalties from international real estate licensing arrangements he specified on his most recent federal disclosure forms. Those included properties in range of North Korea’s missiles in Hawaii, India, and the Philippines, in addition to Panama, Istanbul and Vancouver.
Trump also reported management fees from his Hawaiian properties of $2.5 million, and an additional $2.8 million in management fees attributed to Trump’s international properties, in general. Trump has not released his tax returns, which would provide more detailed information.
