U.S. Dropped 23,144 Bombs on Muslim Countries in 2015

are as depressing as one would think. Zenko figured that since Jan. 1, 2015, the U.S. has dropped around 23,144 bombs on Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, and Somalia, all countries that are majority Muslim.The chart, provided by the generally pro-State Department think tank, puts in stark terms how much destruction the U.S. has leveled on other countries. Whether or not one thinks such bombing is justified, it’s a blunt illustration of how much raw damage the United States inflicts on the Muslim world:

وأكد المجلس أنه على الرغم أن الولايات المتحدة ألقت 947 قنبلة في أفغانستان في عام 2015، كشفت تقارير صحفية أنحركة طالبان سيطرت على مزيد من الاراضي في أفغانستان بمعدل أكثر من أي وقت مضى منذ عام 2001.
وأضاف المجلس أن الحملة الأمريكية على تنظيم داعش لم تسفر عن اي جديد سوى مقتل المدنيين والأبرياء، مضيفا أن البنتاجون حين أطلق حملته العسكرية في عام 2014 أكد أن عدد مقاتلي التنظيم المتشدد من 20 ألف إلى 31 ألف واليوم في عام 2016 يؤكدون أن عددهم 30 ألف ما يعني أن الحملة لم تأتي بجديد.
وأشار المجلس إلى أن الولايات المتحدة لا تقصف سوى المناطق والدول التي يتواجد بها فقط الأغلبية المسلمة .
