"أبوظبى لبناء السفن" تتفق مع شركة هندية لتصنيع سفن حربية لدول الخليج الإثنين، 07 سبتمبر 2015 - 10:16 م سفن حربية نيودلهى (د ب أ) ذكرت تقارير إخبارية اليوم الاثنين أن شركة "ريليانس ديفينس" الهندية للصناعات العسكرية التابعة لمجموعة "ريليانس إنفرستراكشر" وقعت مذكرة تفاهم مع شركة "أبوظبى لبناء السفن" الإماراتية لتصنيع سفن حربية لصالح دول مجلس التعاون الخليجى خلال السنوات العشر المقبلة. ونقلت وكالة الهند الآسيوية للأنباء عن بيان للشركة الهندية القول إنه "وفقا لمذكرة التفاهم فإن ريليانس ديفينس ليمتد وأبوظبى لبناء السفن تبحثان الفرص المتاحة لإقامة شراكة استراتيجية لبناء السفن الحربية بما فى ذلك الفرقاطات والمدمرات وغيرها من السفن المتخصصة لتلبية احتياجات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجى خلال السنوات العشر المقبلة. وأضاف البيان أن الاتفاق يمكن أن يتيح لشركة أبوظبى لبناء السفن تقديم خدمات الصيانة والإصلاح وغيرها من الخدمات للقطع البحرية وفقا للاحتياجات الإقليمية. يذكر أن شركة أبوظبى لبناء السفن تقدم خدمات بناء السفن وإصلاحها وإعادة تجهيز السفن الحربية والتجارية، ومن المحتمل أن تستفيد "ريليانس جروب" من منشآت بناء السفن التى استحوذت عليها مؤخرا فى منطقة بيبافاف فى ولاية جوجارات فى إطارة الشراكة مع الشركة الإماراتية. وكانت ريليانس قد أعلنت استحواذها على 18% من شركة بيبافاف ديفينس للصناعات العسكرية فى مارس الماضى من الحصة التى كانت مطروحة للبيع وقدرها 26%، يذكر أن مذكرة التفاهم التى تم توقيعها بين الجانبين الهندى والإماراتى جاءت فى أعقاب بيان مشترك صدر خلال زيارة رئيس وزراء الهند ناريندرا مودى للإمارات العربية المتحدة والتى أكدت على التعاون العسكرى بين البلدين. ​

Both RDL and ADSB are believed to be incorporating a joint venture, which will encompass both construction of new naval vessels as well as maintenance, repair and overhaul and refit opportunities of existing commercial and naval vessels in the region. Reliance Defence will be the majority partner in this proposed joint venture with 51 per cent stake, according to people familiar with the development.

“Skills developed and the experience gained through this collaboration will further add to Reliance Group’s capabilities and position it favourably as a strategic partner for Indian Navy’s future programmes such as combat management systems (CMS), integrated bridge solutions (IBS), combat system integration (CSI), integrated platform management systems (IPMS) and staff training and development,” the company said.

This collaboration could help both companies address new opportunities. Reliance Group has entered into half a dozen pacts with foreign collaborators to build up capability in defence equipment production in India.

لنرى ماهي الـ Talwar Class الهندية

INS Talwar

The first-of-the-class frigate, TALWAR (sword), was launched in May 2000. Its delivery to India was scheduled for May 2002 after running, state and acceptance trials. The Talwar, the first frigate of Project N11356, completed sea trials in the Baltic Sea on 29 May 2002. The vessel was built by the Baltiyskiy shipyard and ordered by the Indian navy. On June 19, 2003 the Moscow Times reported that the Talwar was delivered to the Indian Navy during a ceremony at St Petersburg.

Ministry in November 2001 sanctioned deputation of the crew of 27 officers (revised to 28 in May 2002) and 225 sailors to Russia in different groups for training up to July 2002. The entire crew joined the DAT.

The acceptance trials revealed (June 2002) several defects in underwater hull and in weapon system including missiles. DAT team recommended commissioning of the ship only after proving all weapon systems. In July 2002, Government of Russia appointed an Inter-Departmental Committee (IDC) for analysis of all problems connected with the delivery acceptance of missiles. Despite being aware of the uncertainty of sailing of the ship, Ministry extended the stay of the crew.

Ministry decided only in December 2002 to recall 243 personnel leaving seven behind till February 2003 for the upkeep of the vessel, (three having been repatriated earlier in September/October 2002 on medical/leave grounds). The expenditure of Rs 12.05 crore on boarding and lodging of 243 personnel from August 2002 to December 2002 at Russia was avoidable.

Ministry sanctioned expatriation of the crew of 28 officers and 225 sailors to Russia from 11 April to 10 June 2003 for commissioning of INS Talwar. The ship was finally commissioned on 18 June 2003. This needed extension of deputation of the crew by 35 to 38 days. The expenditure of Rs 6.24 crore on the crew from 11 April 2003 to 18 June 2003 was avoidable as training was already over in July 2002. INS Talwar arrived home at Mumbai's Naval DY on 12 August 2003, after a long journey from St. Petersburg.

Agreement Between French Dassault And Indian Reliance Industries Limited

Barely a week after bagging the USD 15 billion 126 fighter aircraft deal, French Dassault and Indian Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) have signed an agreement under which they will start working together in defence and homeland security sector from next week.

"Dassault Aviation, a major player in the global aerospace industry, has entered into a MoU with Reliance Industries, for pursuing strategic opportunities of collaboration in the area of complex manufacturing and support in India," the two companies said in a joint statement.

The MoU has been signed after the Defence Ministry on January 31 offered Dassault the multi-billion dollar deal to supply 126 combat aircraft to the IAF.

Sources said Dassault would involve RIL for working together in the Medium-Multirole Combat Aircraft (MMRCA) deal here under the offsets clause.

After finalising the deal, Dassault will have to reinvest 50% of the worth of the deal back into Indian defence sector.

The aerospace and security division of the Reliance Industries is headed by Vivek Lall, who has been closely associated with the MMRCA deal while spearheading the campaign for Boeing in the deal.

Lall has earlier worked with American NASA and Raytheon.

In the recent past, there have been efforts by the Mukesh Ambani-headed RIL to position itself in the defence, internal security and aerospace solutions sector.

هذه الغناضة كلاس بكونفيجريشن تسليح جديد ( الاشتقاق الاول تم تزويده بصواريخ مارتي ER القاتل البحري )

Ghannatha vessels delivered


Abu Dhabi Ship Building (ADSB) has announced the completion of the Ghannatha Phase II programme after delivery of all 24 vessels to the UAE Navy.

Built to a design developed by partner Swede Ship Marine (Stand C-015), the Ghannatha-class boats are high-speed, aluminiumbuilt multi-role combat vessels.

Powered by two MTU diesels driving twin Rolls-Royce FF 600 waterjets, the design is capable of speeds up to 45kts.
