بص من الطبيعي ان صفقة بهذا العدد صعب انتظار الدور فى خطوط الانتاج
60 للامارات و42 لمصر بمجموع 102 طائرة
فرنسا حتى مهاية هذا العام تنتج 11 طائرة كل عام عل ما اتذكر
ومع صفقات مصر والهند وقطر بخلاف طلبيات الجيش الفرنسي
سيتم زيادة قدرة خط الانتاج لتصل الى 2.5 شهريا على ما اتذكر ممكن راجح عنده الرقم الدقيق @AL RAGH
فانت مع بداية 2016 سيكون لديك طلبيات بعدد 24 قطر +36 الهند +18 مصر (المتبقى لانه سيتم تسليم 3 نهاية هذا العام ) + طلبيات اضافية لفرنسا لا اعرف عددها خلينا نقول 20 = 98
لو خط الانتاج اشتغل 2.5 شهريا سيأخذوا فى حدود 3 سنين وشهرين يعنى ينتهى 2019 (بغض النظر عن مواعيد بدء التسليم لكل دولة )
ولو اضفنا لهم العدد 102 سياخذون 3سنين ونصف يعنى سيبدا التسليم فى النصف الثانى من 2019
ومن المؤكد ان الامارات لن نتنظر هذا الوقت ان قلنا ان مصر ستنتظر
ويمكن ابعد من هذا
لان الجدولة فى الاساس تختلف انا تكلمت على اساس حسابي فقط وليس ما سيتم مع العلم ان قطر ستبدأ التسليم 2018 يعنى الوقت سيتاخر اكثر

كدة الشكل الهجومي للقوات هيكون مزيج من الرافال وطائرة جيل خامس تعتبر الباك فا الاقرب والاكثر منطقية بالاضافة لطائرات ميج٣٥ وميراج واف١٦
بالمناسبة معتقدش ان الميج٣٥ عددها هيزيد خصوصا لو تمت صفقة الميراج الامراتي لانهم بالاساس لاحلال المتقادم من الاف١٦ مستقبلا بمعني
ان الشكل العام
هيكون في حدود ٢٠٠ مقاتلة رافال وباك فا
ومثلهم ميراج٢٠٠٠ واف١٦ وميج٣٥ بعدد ٢٠٠مقاتلة

MBDA’s joint venture with Abu Dhabi-based Baynuna Aviation Technology, dubbed Baynuna MBDA Missile Technologies (BMT), has just been incorporated. It was announced in February as a 49-51 effort between the European missile manufacturer and the local company. The idea is to show the United Arab Emirates there is a full commitment to work with them and transfer some technologies, hopefully helping sales campaigns in the process, according to MBDA export sales v-p Florent Duleux.

“We are now physically settling in the region,” Duleux told AIN. BMT is headquartered in Abu Dhabi and will have facilities near either Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. Khaled Al Bu-Ainain, Baynuna’s CEO also serves as the venture’s CEO.

BMT will take two existing activities– maintenance/logistics and training, as the UAE operates an integrated training range– under its umbrella and develop them. It also may begin manufacturing missile parts in two or three years. In the same time frame, it may set up an assembly line for some of the UAE’s missiles. Finally, local system integration capabilities may be created. “We may have a workforce of about 80 to 100 employees in two or three years,” Duleux added.

He made it clear that MBDA’s (Stand C220) strategy in the region is driven by France’s “excellent” diplomatic relationship with the UAE and other countries. France, the home country of one of MBDA’s three shareholders, has agreed on missile technology transfers.

However, some of the company’s products, such as the air-to-air Meteor, are outside of this framework. Some of the six nations involved in the program would not agree on technology transfers, therefore, BMT will not manufacture Meteor parts nor assemble it. The Meteor can be found on the Rafale fighter, which the UAE may buy.

Baynuna has similar joint ventures with Dassault, Thales and Snecma–all members of the Rafale Team. “We are the link between the UAE’s current Mirage 2000-9 fighters and the Rafale,” an MBDA spokesman told AIN, pointing out that air forces often like to continue using some of their missiles when upgrading from one fighter to another.

الخبر بتاريخ 2009 , وذكر فيه انه خلال سنتين او ثلاث سنين ( بمعنى ادق .. 2011 - 2012 ) ستبدأ الشركة تصنيع اجزاء الصواريخ وفي نفس الوقت سيتم انشاء خط تجميع لبعض الصواريخ الاماراتية , في نهاية المطاق , قدرات دمج الانظمة قد تنشأ ...

الميتيور خارج اطار التعاون لان بعض الدول الشريكة في مشروعه لم توافق على نقل التكنولوجيا ( وبالتالي , فان الشركة لن تصنع اجزاء الميتيور ولا تجمعه )

Safran Group and Baynuna Group sign two partnerships at Dubai Airshow
Dubai, UAE, November 15, 2009

In the perspective of taking an active role in the development of cutting-edge technologies in the United Arab Emirates, the Safran group signed today two joint venture agreements with a significant UAE partner, the Baynuna group:

• "Snecbat Engine Technologies", a joint-venture between Snecma (Safran group) and Baynuna Aviation Technology
• "Sagembat Defense", a joint-venture between Sagem (Safran group) and Baynuna Aviation Technology

Snecma Chairman and CEO Philippe Petitcolin, Sagem Chairman and CEO Jean-Lin Fournereaux, and Baynuna Aviation Technology Chairman Khalid Abdullah Al Bu-Ainnain signed at the Dubai Airshow the Memorandums of Association (LLC) for the establishment of the two joint-ventures, in a ceremony attended by Jean-Paul Herteman, CEO of Safran, and other high level Safran representatives.

Based in Abu Dhabi, these joint ventures are dedicated partnerships committed to developing high-tech aero-engine solutions (Snecbat Engine Technologies) and advanced defense technologies and solutions (Sagembat Defense) for the United Arab Emirates, the GCC and MENA region. Snecbat and Sagembat will also develop state-of-the-art skills and high-tech expertise to support the UAE's increased independence in advanced aviation and defense systems.

Snecbat will provide manufacturing capabilities and long-term support services for both Snecma and the UAE Air Force and Air Defense. In particular, it will deploy logistic support services for the current M53-P2 fleet, as well as other fleets, to ensure optimum serviceability and operability. This agreement reflects Snecma's solid commitment to bolstering collaboration with the UAE partners on major military aviation programs, and represents a large step forward in the development of a center of aeronautical expertise in the UAE.

Sagembat Defense will deploy strong industrial capabilities in R&D and high volume manufacturing, in order to offer the highest service in developing, delivering and supporting military high-tech products to the UAE Air Force & Air Defense. Such capabilities will allow UAE access to cutting edge military aviation technologies, especially in smart weapons, and will widen the spectrum of activities where the UAE industrial leadership in advanced aerospace systems will benefit to the whole Gulf and MENA region.

فال 3 طائرات التى اخذتهم مصر من فرنسا كان فيهم خاصية اطلاق صاروخ ASMP النووى

WAM Abu Dhabi, 18th Feb. 2009 (WAM) - ELTBAT Electronic Systems Development L.L.C, an Abu Dhabi-based company specializing in electronic warfare capabilities and innovation, has become one of the ventures implemented under the UAE Offset Program.

The company is jointly owned by Elettronica S.P.A (ELT) and Baynunah Aviation Technology (BAT). Elettronica and BAT hold 49% and 51% stakes respectively in the company.

Elettronica will, through this venture, fulfill its offset obligation arising from a defense equipment supply contract with the UAE Armed Forces.

"We are very pleased to be part of this unique project which will have a significant impact on the UAE's industrial capabilities, technological edge, and economic diversification drive," said H.E. Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, Chief Executive Officer of the Offset Program Bureau (OPB) which oversees the implementation of the UAE Offset Program.

ELTBAT offers a wide selection of services to the Air Force, Navy and military intelligence units in the UAE and the GCC countries in the field of operational support and engineering. Such services include: library generation, countermeasure definition, mission verification, software and hardware simulation, and mission analysis. It also provides simulation training to operational personnel.

"This is a remarkable accomplishment for both Italy and UAE, within their long standing effort to consolidate their strategic partnership with value adding projects" stated Khalid Al Bu- Ainnain, Chairman of Baynunah Aviation Technology (BAT) and of ELTBAT.

" I am very pleased to see what started long time ago as a buyer-seller relationship evolve into a structured cooperation, and I am very proud of being part of this initiative born with the auspices of UAE leadership", commented Enzo Benigni, President and CEO of Elettronica.

Al Hajeri indicated that the project will provide significant operational support and engineering services, "that will eventually translate into creating a national technological platform in electronic warfare." "The project fits well with our objectives to bring in latest technology and expertise to the UAE and to create wealth in the private sector by offering UAE citizens stakes in new businesses," added Al Hajeri.

Khalifa Al Hemairi, Senior Project Manager at the OPB, commented: "This unique project will help transfer Elettronica's tradition of data base and library management to the UAE, with the main goal of training and nurturing qualified analysts, capable of decoding complex multi-scenarios and delivering operational assessment critical for tactical decisions in the field." هذه الشركات المشتركة متعطشة للعقود بطبيعة الحال .. عندما يكتب الله النصيب لنا وتأتي الرافال ويتم اسناد برنامج تصنيع محلي من هذه الشركات ( التي هي في الاصل تنتج مكونات الرافال ) .. فان العجلة ستدور بقوة وستبدأ انشطة التصنيع المحلية ( In House ) وهذا له بالغ الاثر في تطور صناعة الايروسبيس المحلية ..

لانغفل هنا معلومة مهمة : قيمة 60 % من الصفقة ( بحسب شروط الاوفست المتبعة في الامارات ) يتم استثمارها داخليا في صورة مشروعات , نقل تكنولوجيا , اقامة شركات مشتركة الخ ...

وكل ذلك يدفع في اتجاه التطور نحو المستوى القادم في التصنيع الدفاعي الاماراتي
