Lebanon – TOW 2A Missiles
The State Department has made a determination approving a possible Foreign Military Sale to Lebanon for TOW 2A Missiles and associated equipment, parts and logistical support for an estimated cost of $245 million. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency delivered the required certification notifying Congress of this possible sale on July 21, 2015.

The Government of Lebanon has requested a possible sale of one thousand (1000) BGM-71E-4B-RF Tube-launched, Optically-tracked, Wireless-guided (TOW) 2A Anti-Armor Radio-Frequency missiles, five hundred (500) BGM-71-H-1-RF TOW Bunker Buster Radio Frequency (RF) missiles, fifty (50) M220A2 TOW launchers, containers, spare and repair parts, support equipment, publications and technical documentation, personnel training and training equipment, U.S. Government and contractor logistics and technical support services, and other related elements of program and logistics support. The estimated cost is $245 million.

This proposed sale will enhance the foreign policy and national security of the United States by helping to improve the security of a friendly country that has been and continues to be an important force for political stability and economic progress in the Middle East.

The proposed sale of TOW missiles will improve Lebanon’s capability to meet current and future threats and provide greater security for its critical infrastructure. Lebanon will use the enhanced capability to strengthen its homeland defense. Lebanon will have no difficulty absorbing these missiles into its armed forces.

The proposed sale of this equipment and support will not alter the basic military balance in the region.

The principal contractor will be The Raytheon Company in Andover, Massachusetts. There are no known offset agreements proposed in connection with this potential sale.

Implementation of this proposed sale will not require the assignment of any additional U. S. Government or contractor representatives to Lebanon.

There will be no adverse impact on U.S. defense readiness as a result of this proposed sale.​

قدمت وزارة الخارجية قرارا بالموافقة علي احتمال بيع معدات عسكرية إلى لبنان تشمل صواريخ TOW 2A والمعدات المرتبطة بها وقطع والدعم اللوجستي بتكلفة تقديرية 245 مليون دولار و سلمت وكالة التعاون الامني الدفاعي الشهادة المطلوبة لإخطار الكونغرس باحتمال هذا البيع في 21 يوليو 2015.

وقد طلبت حكومة لبنان شراء (1000) صاروخ تاو ايه 2 المضاد للدروع و الموجه لاسلكيا بواسطه التعقب البصري او التردد الراديوي و التي تطلق من القاذف BGM-71E-4B-RF، و (500) صاروخ تطلق من القاذف BGM-71-H-1-RF TOW و (50) قاذف طراز M220A2 و يشمل الطلب ايضا الحاويات وقطع الغيار والإصلاح ومعدات الدعم والمنشورات والوثائق الفنيه وتدريب الموظفين ومعدات التدريب والخدمات اللوجستية وخدمات الدعم الفني، وغيرها من عناصر برنامج الدعم اللوجستي و تبلغ التكلفة المقدرة 245 مليون دولار.​

لا اظن ان امريكا ستوافق كان الاحرى بهم الاتجاه للروس او الصينيين

لا روسيا ستبيع لهم ولا امريكا تلك الصواريخ بسبب بسيط امن اسرائيل اما سلاح حزب الله فروسيا لم تبيعه له انما هربه بشار الاسد وايران له ولو هو اي حزب الله طلب شراء سلاح من روسيا مباشرة فلن تبيعه روسيا شيء بالضبط كالكورنيت مع داعش اكيد هربه لهم طرف ثالث واشك انه تركيا التي اشترت الكورنيت من روسيا وبالتالي ما في سيناء سلاح روسي تم بيعه لتركيا او ايران وتهريييه لحماس وداعش

نحن نتحدث عن الجيش النظامي اللبناني يا اخي و لا اظن ان احدا سيمانع بيعهم سلاحا دفاعيا بحتا ثم الصين ليست كروسيا و امريكا و لا تبالي بامن الكيان
