دخلت شركة بلاك ستورم للصناعات العسكرية السعودية في مناقشات متقدمة للاستحواذ على شركة أفيبراس إندوستريا إيروسباسيال
تعلن شركة أفيبراس إندوستريا إيروسباسيال وشركة بلاك ستورم للصناعات العسكرية بموجب هذا الإعلان أنهما انخرطتا في مناقشات متقدمة لتسهيل استثمار محتمل يهدف إلى التعافي الاقتصادي والمالي لشركة أفيبراس.
تهدف هذه الشراكة إلى الحفاظ على مرافق التصنيع التابعة لها في البرازيل، واستئناف العمليات في أقرب وقت ممكن، وضمان الوفاء بالتزامات الشركة تجاه الحكومة البرازيلية والعملاء الآخرين ودائنيهم، وخاصة القوى العاملة في أفيبراس.
تلتزم الشركتان وتعملان بجدية على الانتهاء من الشروط والأحكام المحددة للاستثمار وستبقيان السوق على اطلاع
Avibras Indústria Aeroespacial and Black Storm Military Industries hereby announce that they have been engaged in advanced discussions to facilitate a potential investment aimed at the economic and financial recovery of Avibras.
This partnership aims to maintain its manufacturing facilities in Brazil, resuming operations as soon as possible, and ensuring the fulfillment of the company obligations with the Brazilian government and other clients, their creditors, and especially Avibras´ workforce.
