إيدج الإماراتية تشتري حصة لوكهيد في شركة لصيانة المعدات العسكرية

دبي (رويترز) - قالت مجموعة إيدج الدفاعية الإماراتية التابعة للدولة يوم الثلاثاء إنها بصدد الاستحواذ بالكامل على شركة إصلاح وصيانة المعدات العسكرية الإماراتية أمروك من خلال شراء حصة نسبتها 40 بالمئة تملكها شركة لوكهيد مارتن.
وأضافت المجموعة ومقرها أبوظبي في بيان أنها دخلت في اتفاق مشروط على شراء الحصة من لوكهيد مارتن ووحدة سيكورسكي التابعة لها.
