Kieler Werft delivers submarine to Egypt
Ship transfers have become very rare. While shipbuilding in Germany was badly hit by the Corona crisis, there was occasion for a small celebration in Kiel on Thursday. A submarine was delivered to Egypt at the ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems shipyard.

Kieler Werft liefert U-Boot an Ägypten
Schiffsübergaben sind gerade sehr selten geworden. Während der Schiffbau in Deutschland von der Corona-Krise schwer getroffen wurde, gab es am Donnerstag in Kiel Anlass für eine kleine Feier. Bei der Werft ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems wurde ein U-Boot an Ägypten ausgeliefert.
