والله هو خيار جيد وانه يكون هناك شخص متحمل للطفرة الجديدة

رئيس الهيئة بدرجه وزير و الامر محسوم ستبقي الهيئة كما هي لن تمس وهذا ضماني الشخصي كاحد المنتمين لها

اولا معلشي يعني ياراجح عايز تفهمني ان دي مش من مفاوضات العصار ونتاج شغله السابق واللي بيكمله حاليا من خلال وزارته
وثانيا موضوع تنتجها الهيئة العربية اوالمصانع الحربية كله في الاخر بيرجع لوزير الانتاج الحربي وموضوع ان الهيئة العربية للتصنيع هيئة مستقلة ممكن يكون كلام صوري وخصوصا بعد انسحاب معظم الدول العربية منها اكيد التمويل بتاعها هايجي مننين اكيد من ميزانية وزارة الانتاج الحربي انما اكيد هيا وضعها زي المصانع الحربية ومكملين لبعض في الانتاج وشوفنا كتير نماذج من الاسلحة انتاج مشترك او تبادلي بينهم

خطة تطوير عماله وصقلها وتدريب خبراء بره

تقصير الدورات التصنيعية مش هبدأ من الصفر زي كل مره

برضك تساوي خبرات العمالة هنا مع بره ومع فارق السعر هيجعلك تخش بثقة لعرض دخولك لنقل تقنية على ارضك استغلالا لرخص العمالة وكفاءتها

اعادة هيكلة البنية التحتية والتخلي عن اللي ملهوش لازمة ونقل تكاليف ادامتها لمشاريع ناجحه

Patroller first flew at a test center in Finland in June 2009. A year later, it was flown on the French UAV test range near Istres airbase. In March 2012 came the first flight tests with the Euroflir payload. Last March, Sagem took the Patroller overseas and flew it “in a desert environment.” This month, it has been flying from Sagem’s UAV research and development center in Eragny, near Paris, with a Sagem Comint system in an under-wing pod. In this configuration, plus additional wing-mounted fuel tanks, it has an endurance of more than 20 hours at 20,000 feet. Synthetic aperture radar, electronic warfare equipment and light weapons could all be added, according to Sagem.

قامت شركة ساجيم والهيئة العربية للتصنيع بتوقيع عقد الشراكة لتصنيع الدرون لصالح وزارة الدفاع المصرية
Sagem and AOI - Aircraft Factory sign collaboration agreement on drones for Egyptian defense market
Boulogne-Billancourt, September 24, 2015

Sagem (Safran) and Egyptian manufacturer AOI-Aircraft Factory have signed an exclusive commercial and industrial collaboration agreement concerning the Patroller™ surveillance drone system, to address the requirements of the Egyptian Ministry of Defense.

According to the terms of this agreement, AOI-Aircraft Factory could handle final assembly of Patroller drones in its Egyptian plants. The agreement also covers system support and commissioning. AOI-Aircraft Factory will develop a dedicated training center in Egypt to train staff for the operation and maintenance of Sagem's drone systems.

Developed in France by Sagem, the Patroller is a versatile long-endurance tactical drone system. It features an open, modular design to handle a broad spectrum of military and security missions, while carrying a multi-sensor payload of up to 250 kg, fuselage or pod-mounted. The Patroller offers endurance of more than 20 hours, and an operating ceiling of 20,000 feet. Sagem has already conducted a flight demonstration on Patroller showing the simultaneous operation of different sensors: optronic (electro-optical) pod, radar, electronic warfare (EW) system, distress beacon detector and automatic identification system (AIS) receiver.

The Patroller's design draws on ten years of experience with Sagem's Sperwer drone system to support operations in Afghanistan
